This Agreement governing the terms and conditions of your use of Bubbly Binz LLC Trash Bin Cleaning service, is between you (“you” or “Customer”), as an authorized user of such services. These terms of service, together with any operating rules, policies, price schedules, or other supplemental documents expressly incorporated herein by reference and published from time to time by Bubbly Binz LLC on its website these terms constitute the entire agreement between Bubbly Binz LLC and you regarding the Services as defined in this Agreement. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and condition.
Services:
Bubbly Binz LLC provides on-site curbside residential cleaning service for your municipally issued trash bin(s). Bubbly Binz LLC has the right to refuse service to anyone.
By submitting a request, you understand you are requesting our services and agreeing to pay for the selected service. Also, as a customer, you are agreeing to any video or photos Bubbly Binz LLC may take during the cleaning service and agreeing that Bubbly Binz LLC can use the videos and photos for any purpose. Bubbly Binz LLC will not take any photos or videos that would show sensitive information.
Note: not all blemishes, stains, grime, scuff marks, and/or paint can be washed off.
Trash bin(s) that are excessively dirty will be charged an extra fee.
All invoices must be paid in full before the scheduled cleaning date. Thank you!
Responsibilities of Customer:
To avoid an interruption or discontinuation of Services, you must do all the following:
If you fail to observe the conditions listed above, we have the right to refuse providing you with the Cleaning, but you will still be responsible for all payments/fees relating thereto. You may reschedule your Cleaning day within 24 hours' notice before scheduled cleaning day.
Modification of Terms of Services:
Bubbly Binz LLC reserves the right to modify the Services at any time and without notice to you. These Terms and Conditions may be amended and/or revised at any time by Bubbly Binz LLC by posting an amended and/or revised version of the same on our website (bubblybinzllc.com) or delivering a copy of the amended or revised term and conditions to your email address of record. All amendments and/or revisions are intended to improve our ability to provide Services.
Payments:
Customers agree to pay all charges for use of the service(s) selected. Bubbly Binz LLC reserves the right to adjust prices or institute new charges for services. Any changes in pricing will be communicated to customers by mail OR email. In the event of pricing adjustment customers has the rights to continue or discontinue services.
Charges are to be paid on a quarterly or one-time basis. If payments are not received before scheduled cleaning date, cleaning will not be performed but customer will still be liable for service charges. Plus, a $15.00 late fee will be added to existing bill.
Personal checks will be accepted. All returned checks will have a $25.00 charge. If not paid, legal action will be taken.
Any Customer account that is more than 30 days past due will be considered delinquent. Services for delinquent accounts will be suspended until the account balance has been restored to good standing.
All pre-paid cleanings will be completed as agreed weather permitting. Any cleanings that are unable to be completed will be moved to the next available week. Customer will be notified. You may cancel service at any time. No refunds offered on paid accounts.
Bubbly Binz will attempt to operate through the months of Winter. If the cleaning area experiences an early winter or if the temperature falls below freezing, the customer will be notified of any changes to the cleaning schedule.
