** WE WILL NOT OPERATE IN TEMPERATURES BELOW 30°F **
- If the forecast shows a high temperature of 30°F or below 24 hours prior to service, cleaning will be canceled for the upcoming day.
- All affected customers will be notified by text message that the service has been canceled. Along with a new potential service date (weather permitting).
- Cancellation notices are planned to go out the day prior to service so that you can bring your cans in on trash day, if not getting cleaned.
- Cleanings will not be rescheduled more than one week prior to or after the original service date. This is to ensure the most regular service as possible moving into the spring.
- If temperatures or routing are not conducive for service within the monthly or quarterly time span, service will resume on the next regularly scheduled date. A Credit will be added to your next billing cycle.
- We do operate in light to mild snowfall, but some conditions may result in delays or cancellation of service for the remainder of the day. You will be contacted if cleaning is canceled.
-If ice is expected in the forecast, we will assess the road conditions and decide by noon of your cleaning day if we will operate. Most times by noon the sun melts the ice but not in all circumstances.
-Being in a rural community, not all roads are plowed or treated, especially outside of city limits. If you live where your road is not treated, we will most likely reschedule your cleaning if large amounts of ice/snow are expected. Once again, we will assess what the weather is doing that day and decide. You will always be updated on all discissions made.
